Order Processing & Dispatch

• Standard Non-Perishable Orders: Our team picks, packs, and dispatches these orders within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays).
• Order Cut-Off Time: Orders submitted by 2:00 PM EST on a business day are generally processed that same day. Orders received after 2:00 PM EST, or on weekends, are handled on the next business day.
• Perishable Goods Handling: Items that require temperature control are packaged using insulated cold-chain materials and shipped Monday through Thursday only, so they are not held in transit over the weekend.

cartcrest currently ships to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and selected European Union countries.

• Customs, Duties & Taxes: Shipments crossing international borders may incur import duties, value-added taxes (VAT), or customs clearance fees charged by the destination country. Your local customs authority sets these charges, and the recipient is responsible for paying them.

Order Modifications & Address Changes
